Kardashian-Jenner family personal chef speaks about famous ‘clan’ members’ ‘disciplined diet’

The personal chef of the Kardashian-Jenner family spoke about the “disciplined diet” of the members of this famous “clan.”

Christianna Yu, also known as Chef K, noted that all Kardashian-Jenner family members allow themselves indulgences in their diet from time to time, but compensate for this with active training. “When it comes to their diet, they're really disciplined,” Chef K, 42, told Page Six.

“Let’s just say if they eat grilled cheese, they compensate by working out in the gym. They are very strict about this."  Chef K is responsible for preparing holiday meals for the Kardashian-Jenners for birthdays, New Year's, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. “During the holidays, no one tries to lose weight. They eat pasta, cheese and bread too,” she said. “But they are all very active during their morning walks and gym sessions.”

Chef K. spent almost ten years cooking for the Kardashian-Jenner family, and along the way she learned all the dietary restrictions of these stars.  “Courtney: Depends on what the doctor says - no eggs, now vegan, no sweet potatoes, no gluten. Chloe: Chicken, white meat only,” she told The New York Times in August 2022. “Kendall: Nothing spicy. Kim: No cilantro. Kylie: Soup all the time."
